Student
- Books a free slot on their own
- Sees the topic, homework and lesson link
- Knows what's left in the package or what's due
- Requests a reschedule or cancels in a couple of taps
For private tutors
Lessilo replaces the chat threads, spreadsheet, calendar and notebook. Students book your free slots themselves, lesson notes are shared, and who owes what is visible at a glance.
“When can we meet?” — half an hour of messages for a single reschedule
Students see your free slots and book or ask to reschedule on their own.
Who paid for the package and who owes for two lessons — it all lives in your head
Every student's balance updates by itself: lesson taught, lesson deducted.
Homework gets lost in the chat between stickers and voice messages
The topic and the assignment live on the lesson card that you and your student both see.
Parents text at 11 pm asking about the schedule and how much to pay
Parents have their own account: the child's schedule and balance, no questions for you.
Everything below already works — in the browser on your computer and phone.
Set when you teach and Lessilo splits that time into slots. A student opens your link, sees only free time and books. Two students can never land in the same slot.
Topic, what you covered, homework and the Zoom or Meet link — on one card that you and your student both see. Nothing gets lost in messages.
A prepaid package is deducted automatically after each lesson taught. With pay-as-you-go, the lesson is marked “to be paid” and you tick “Paid” with one tap — the amount is already filled in.
A student requests a new time in their account — you approve or decline. They can cancel on their own by giving a reason, and the slot frees up instantly.
Emails a day and an hour before the lesson, and on booking, rescheduling and cancelling — to you, the student and the parent. Lessons show up in your usual phone calendar via a subscription link.
Each subject has its own rate. What you received this month or over any period — in one report, no spreadsheets.
With Google, Apple or email. Add your subjects and rates — it takes a couple of minutes.
For example, weekdays from 4 to 9 pm. Holidays and one-off slots on a specific date work too.
Send your personal link or an invitation — the student books on their own, and you can invite a parent next.
Lessilo isn't a tutor's private organiser. Students and parents see what concerns them — so they message you less.
One account, several roles. If you teach and also study, or have a child at school, switch between roles without logging in again.

Free while we launch
While Lessilo is launching, it's free to use — for you, your students and their parents.
Yes. Students have their own account with their lessons, homework and balance. They can sign up right from your link or invitation — the same sign-in with Google, Apple or email.
The same way as before — in cash or by bank transfer, directly to you. Lessilo keeps the records: it deducts a lesson from the package once it is taught or marks it “to be paid”, and you record the payment with one tap. If a lesson cost something different this time, you can adjust the amount.
No. A lesson's price is fixed when the booking is confirmed. A new rate applies to future lessons, and past debts stay exactly as they were.
No problem: everyone sees the lesson time in their own zone, while your teaching hours are calculated in yours.
Yes. You can close your personal link — then only your existing students see your free slots.
No. A taught lesson never disappears without a trace: it can only be cancelled with a reason, and that stays in the history. No arguing about whether a lesson happened.
Create your account, open a few slots and send the link. The rest will follow once they see how much easier it is.
